ContentHub v1 (In process)
One single entry point to publish on WordPress, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Less copy-paste, less friction. More consistency—built for a non-technical team.
Challenge
Each piece of content starts strong… then it gets scattered. Posted on LinkedIn, copied again into WordPress, adapted for Facebook. Three platforms, three logins, three formats. Repetitive work that drains time and breaks consistency.
Solution
ContentHub turns it into one clean flow: add text and images once, choose the channels, and the system prepares ready-to-publish versions for each destination. Every social post automatically links back to the website article. After submission, a clear recap shows what succeeded and what didn't.

Host Platform (In process)
A direct channel for an Airbnb host who wants to choose her guests. Pre-booking with screening, availability calendar and post-acceptance communication — all in one flow, designed to work from a smartphone.
Challenge
Airbnb doesn't let hosts screen guests before arrival. The host wants preventive control — no pets, no problematic situations — but the platform forces her to accept or refuse after the fact. On top of that, all post-booking communication is manual and fragmented: house rules, check-in, local tips. No system, just scattered messages.
Solution
A proprietary platform linked to the host's Instagram profile. The guest lands, views the rooms, checks availability and sends a pre-booking request. The host receives everything in a single notification, screens the guest and decides. If accepted, the guest gets a link with all stay information — house rules, check-in, local attractions. One clear flow replacing dozens of manual messages.
